When God created man-kind in his image, he gave us some remarkable abilities. We are so fundamentally different from other species here on the earth, and that most certainly includes the apes. By being created in the image of God, this gave us the ability to invent and build some astonishing things. Look at the world that surrounds us, and you will see the way humans live is so unique.
This is all because God gave us all the free will to do what we want. There is nothing held back from us that is possible to achieve within the laws of nature that God has designed. When man first flew, it was because men thought it was possible to accomplish, and so they invented the aeroplane. The same for everything humans have built ever since.
None of these abilities have been given to any other animal. It is the sole prerogative of humanity. Our free will has been vital for these developments to take place.
It is unfortunate that with our free will, we are also able to do a great deal of evil. Have another look at the surrounding world and see what evil man can do when his heart is set on doing evil instead of doing good.
Satan is using our free will to draw us away from God. He is the father of lies, and he intends to destroy us all. He is known as the deceiver of the whole world and has led many people astray.
The purpose of this book is to help you understand what he is attempting to accomplish in your life and how to fight him.
Satan is Targeting Man’s Free Will
$5.00
One of the greatest blessings God has given to mankind is also the one that Satan will use to attack us and to draw us away from our God. From the very beginning, God gave Adam and Eve free will to make their own choices. So when the serpent told Eve she could eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil and not die, she believed him and made her own choice to eat of the forbidden fruit. Yes, Satan tempted her, but eventually, she ate of the fruit, and so did Adam. It was their own free will to do this.
God could have prevented this from happening, but then their free wills would have been taken away from them. God would have forced them to comply with His wishes. But God did not intervene because He wants all people to come to Him, to love Him, to worship Him and to obey Him of their own choosing. He will never force anyone to do what he wants us to do. We make that decision for ourselves, exactly the same way Adam and Eve had to make their own decisions.
