The purpose of this book is to make you aware of what he is trying to do in your life and how you can resist him.
When God created mankind in his image, he gave us some remarkable abilities. We are so entirely different from other species here on the earth, and that most certainly includes the apes. By being created in the image of God, this gave us the ability to invent and build some astonishing things. Look at the world around us, and you will see the way humans live is so unique.
Satan
This is all because God gave us all the free will to do what we want. There is nothing held back from us that is possible to achieve within the laws of nature that God has designed. When man started to fly, it was because men thought it was possible to accomplish, and so they invented the aeroplane. The same for everything humans have built over time.
None of these abilities have been given to any other animal. It is the sole prerogative of humanity. Our free will has been vital for these developments to take place.
Man’s free will
It is unfortunate that with our free will we are also capable of doing a great deal of evil. Have another look at the surrounding world and see the types of evil man can do when his heart is set on doing evil instead of doing good. This is just one reason why God did not create us with eternal life, and we do not have immortal souls.
Satan is using our free will to draw us away from God. He is the father of lies, and he intends to destroy us all. He is known as the deceiver of the whole world and has led many people astray.
Satan is using one of the greatest gifts God gave to mankind, our free will, to tempt us and to draw us away from our Heavenly Father
