End Of Tribulations
This world is about to go through the time of tribulation. There will not be many people who will survive this time. Pestilence, famine, war and natural disasters will slay the majority. You would think we live in a modern world where these troubles could not possibly happen. But look at what is happening in Ukraine. This war was so totally unprovoked and is proving to be very cruel.
Many Ukrainian civilians are being murdered in cold blood. Something you would think should be impossible in a modern and sophisticated world. But as we see, it only takes one dictator to set off a chain reaction of terror and disasters.
This war is not the only atrocity to be happening in our amazing world. There are terror groups in all parts of the world. Fanatics whom care very little about the health and welfare of others. They are only interested in forcing their own ideology and religion onto everyone else.
The greed of criminals causes most of our social troubles. Caring only for themselves, as long as they get what they want. And the drug cartels do so much damage to millions of drug addicts in every city and town in every country and continent.
The Last Days
This world is rapidly approaching what the Bible terms as the last days. One reason we know this is the forming of a one world Government, a one world currency, probably as cryptocurrency, and then the formation of a one world religion.
These events will lead us into the tribulation. A seven-year period of extreme troubles and persecutions immediately before the return of Jesus Christ. He will return in all power and glory to bring an everlasting peace. Satan, our archenemy, will be defeated and locked away where he can do no more harm to us as recorded in the book of Revelation chapter twenty and verses one through five.
Rev 20:1 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain.
(2) He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.
(3) He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.
(4) I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
(5) (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.
The first resurrection
This will be the end of all of our worries and the time of the resurrection of the dead. Also, the time when those alive will become immortal and be with Jesus forever. And then what does verse five tell us. This is the first resurrection. And if this is the first resurrection, then the theories of a pre-tribulation, or a mid-tribulation rapture are well and truly proven to be false theories.
Let us continue to pray for Christ’s return. Only then will we know true peace.
